The hotel is a very good state, the complex spread over 2 hotels Helena park and Helena Sands. The staff at the hotel was hard the complex included pool always clean to keep. I have ever had in any hotel experienced, that so much was cleaned everyday and the whole day away. First the positive thing: the hotel and also the outside facilities are clean. Now the rest: 'clean' closes unfortunately not from, that it everywhere in the hotel unpleasant fish smells. The staff were not very friendly. I don't know, whether the season stressed were/are.
The crowning but it was however the pool boy, the burst with before laziness, I have never experienced something like that. We were already on arrival very pleasant at the front desk welcome, here one speaks excellent german and with every conceivable question or problem they immediately very well was helped.
The housekeeping staff spoke no german or english, was but also unnecessary. The rooms were so and so always clean and tidy.
My friend had unfortunately at the end of the vacation due to bronchitis the hotelärztin preoccupy, but calculated you 60 Euro plus cost for antibiotic (23 Euro) and nasal spray (9 Euro).In the main restaurant, moby dick gives it in the morning, afternoons and evenings plenty of food in buffet … read more

The staff at the reception was very nice, german and courteous, the rest of the staff, especially in the restaurant were very antriebsarm, scared and only the necessary stuff, have our drinks partly even in/out privileges, it's a pity
