For the price there is nothing better. The hotel is old but clean and is located in directly at the beach of sunny Isles. There is a shuttle bus after South beach and Aventura, but only in the afternoon. After sobe around 4 and about 8 back. Lasts about 30 minutes. Bus for 2 dollars, stop in front of the hotel. A really good hotel at an unbeatable price and located directly at the beach. Somewhat older furnished-had a little the flair of a motel. One may naturally not expect too much. It is now times a 2 star hotel, but it is quite clean and peaceful. There are some faults, particularly in the outdoor area (for example solves some of the plaster), but this not only lack of beauty. Sunny isles beach is absolutely beautiful-with the big high-rise buildings to the left and right directly at the beach - for me nicer than a little south in Miami Beach.
