The staff seemed helpful, but in the end it was helpless regarding the condition of the hotel. The rooms were basic furnished, closets and drawers could not use (, because first handles were missing and one to the side that protrudes screws had and second, because the interior of the furniture was dirty and infested with mold was). This hotel is terrible. It looked more like a cheap motel than a hour three star superior Hotel. We booked by Internet and the pictures on the Internet have to do with the actual hotel absolutely nothing, so total Verarschung. That was probably due to the tour operator 'Christian'. We stayed at Best House 2 for two weeks, and me and my kids enjoyed the stay. W had booked a cheap trip on internet, and didn`t expect so much from the hotel, so we was suprised of what we get for the money we payed for the trip:) If I should complain on anything, it would be the cleaning n the shower, it was dirty...And the coffe-machine in the kitchen was broken.
