The staff is very polite and courteous. However
There were some problems communicating if no 'german'
Only heavily understood and spoken. So developed mißverständisse for example safe not liable to pay the costs, only pfandhinterlegung. However, whether on special request a beer and a Raki actually 10 €cost, or 10 tl so well.
Anyhow at the front desk you think.
Auf hints, even necessary room change by accident was immediately reacted.Booked half board. Early in buffet form - a bit spartan, but sufficient, bar areas were fantastic and optically perfect. This was our second stay at this lovely hotel and again the staff made us very welcome. The location is ideal for exploring the historical old town with it's bohemian laid back ambience and the vast array of shops are just a short walk up some steps literaly two minutes away. The hotel kitchen was been renovated during our short stay but the hotel arranged for us to eat at a marina restaurant (Iskella) next door. Every tour I wanted to do was organised, the rescheduled what needed to be and saw to it that I had the best experience possibleI only had breakfast at the hotel, no bacon and eggs, but boiled eggs are available. I can't really critisise them on food, just not what I would ormally eat at home, but all over Turkey olives and different cheeses make part of breakfast, so it's good for the country I was inBeautifully decorated, shower only, but that suits me. Clean hotel in the best location at the Marina. The complete staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast as expected with 4 * good and everything very clean and freshly prepared. Ideal as a city hotel for sightseeing and excursions.
I would book this hotel again anytime.
