The complete staff, like the owners were very concerned about the well-being of the guests hard, the friendliness actually very good, there was no reason to complaints.In the hotel there was 2 restaurants, as well as 1 bar. It was a completely relaxing winter sports holiday, the room was very clean and well equipped the only thing i have been great would be a mini fridge but you need in the winter definitely not, another plus i think it in the entire place a free wi-fi for guests there is the hotel's location is excellent bus stop, cable cars and shopping possibilities are on foot in 3 minutes. No regrets, the faciltiy and staff are wounderful and recommendable.Unfortunately, as we travelled outside the main tourist season, we can only specify the excellent breakfast service, but Zermatt privides ample facilites to eat and enjoy the village and the wounderful natural surroundings.Only describable as excellent, spacious, luxureous and the view from our room as breathtaking.We enjoyed the stay extremely, unfortunately the Alfa Hotel was closed for our booked duration and we were accommodated in the Hotel Metropol adjoining the Alfa Hotel, the facilties were beyond reporach and the stay enjoyable.
