Perfect service in all respects. All super friendly and helpful. It will be all wishes, as far as possible, fulfilled. Whether you have a 24 hours butler service needs should decide. We have our butler at least during the day little to not at all use. He sees but also for breakfast and dinner, which of course very pleasant is. We had no complaints, other than that, everything was perfectly organized.Well, here i must unfortunately a few make departures. Basically the quality the food excellent. Nice hotel, great clean and tidy, the pavilion with a view facing the beach have 2 floors, downstairs living area - above bedroom and bathroom and are in best condition! The kilometer-long beach is golden, nature and is at best for a walk, not to lay down. Stray dogs and kuhherden doing their remaining in addition, but you can on the lawn of the hotel suns, relax and around the hour serve.     This hotel is located on the beach, around 2 km from Richmond Castle and the centre of Wadduwa, with its links to the public transport network. It is some 3 km to the Beruwala fishing harbour and 4 km to Panadura's shops and tourist centre. Galle Fort is about 9 km and Kalutara, with its restaurants, bars, lake and river, is some 11 km away. The hotel lies 45 minutes' drive from Colombo's city centre, about 45 km from the turtle hatcheries and mask factories and approximately 95 km from the Sinharaja Rainforest. It is 63 km to Colombo Bandaranaike International Airport.

    This boutique-style hotel is an elegant beachside haven combining peace, tranquillity and privacy, and offering an impressive range of facilities. It comprises a total of 12 villa accommodation units.
