- this hotel make only on the first glance ( front desk) a good impression, what follows is the blnke horror! -mold in the bathroom and room wall and floor. I would not recommend the hotel blue bay. The main hotel is in order, the meals well organized. The family bungalow has fallen us not, before all the beds (mattresses were dirty) and the to small bathroom (bad at standing showers). The fixtures were totally furred up, it had mold in the corners. The staff at reception was not always accommodating the. The beach is something far away (steep slopes), but beautiful for swimming. The excursion possibilities were varied and well organized, unfortunately for a family something expensive. The guides, which sprang the excursions, were competent, very friendly women. … read more

We spent two wonderful weeks. We had to park our holidays for one day later, as the airline our flight was delayed. This info was from the travel agency did not to the hotel. These were therefore we expected a day early and were completely surprised when our arrival date we still showed up. Since the hotel was almost fully booked our room was very nice and friendly explained we only get this room for one night and the next day we could get a different room.     This all-inclusive hotel is located near the fishing village of Agia Pelagia and offers views over one of the most beautiful bays on Crete, the "Mononaftis". It is about 1 km to the Sofitel Capsis Convention Centre in Agia Pelagia and some 25 km to the west of Heraklion International Airport.

    Those seeking pleasant and comfortable accommodation in a familial environment will find this hotel the perfect place to stay. Polite service but with the greatest quality is a trademark of this establishment, which comprises a total of 133 rooms and a wide range of amenities. These include a lobby area with a reception desk manned around the clock, a safe, a currency exchange facility, a bridge room, a satellite/ cable TV lounge, an Internet area, conference facilities, a small supermarket, and bicycle hire (charges apply). There is also a club room and a games room which features video games and billiards tables. Younger visitors may let off steam in the games room (near the lobby), the kids club (in the pool area, open June to mid-September), and the playground.
