  The hotel is located at the quiet end of International Drive in the heart of the Orlando tourist corridor.
• Facilities
  Built in 2005, this world-class resort sits on 54 acres on the shores of Lake Eve. It comprises a total of 180 accommodation units, and the immense 20,000 square foot clubhouse features a gift shop, H2O (a restaurant and lounge with a remarkable assortment of wines served by the glass) a youth centre and a kids' activity centre with video games, air hockey and pool tables. A slice of freshly made double fudge cake and a cup of Barnie's Coffee(r) is the perfect pick-me-up at Mug o' Joes, the clubhouse coffee shop. Further facilities on offer at this air-conditioned establishment include a 24-hour check-out service, lift access and parking for those arriving by car.
• Rooms
  The two-bedroom villas are richly appointed with all the comforts of home. A fully-equipped kitchen, a garden tub and surround sound stereo system are all standard and the décor is elegant and tasteful. Each also comes with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, oven, tea and coffee-making facilities, a washing machine, iron and ironing board and individually adjustable air conditioning and heating. A maximum of 6 people can stay in each unit.
• Sports/Entertainment
  The beautiful Lake Eve offers fishing and paddleboats and features a boardwalk and pier. Enjoy a 6,000 square foot indoor/outdoor pool with two hot tubs, a convenient pool bar, volleyball courts and a playground.
• Misc.
  There is no extra cost for the replacement of Tide laundry soap, dishwashing liquid, coffee, sugar, etc. There is a 5.00 USD charge for towel exchange only. It is the guest's responsibility to remove all rubbish to a designated location. The daily cleaning costs are 25.00 USD per day for stays of up to 7 days. In addition, there is a free one-day clean for stays of 14 or more days. This includes the following daily housekeeping tasks: removal and exchange of towels, remaking the beds, removing the rubbish, cleaning and sanitising the bathrooms, cleaning kitchen areas, cleaning the floors and vacuuming passageways.
