The service is perfect. On all wishes were immediately cared for. The German language skills are adequate and we had no communication-
Problem. The cleaning of the rooms done without complaint, the bed linen was (because of the environment) every second day! Changed.
Especially pleasant we found the coffee- and tea corner with kettle in the room. The consumed daily, free of charge
Refilled. Free bathrobe available. Currency exchange in the house, however not recommendable. Swimming lessons, also one-to-one lesson.The quality of the dishes corresponds to the 5 stars. Rich, tasty and always refilled. Especially worth mentioning is the

A beautiful apartment - for two people. And by e-mail was confirmed however an apartment for four adults! Went with a good girlfriend and her 10-year-old daughter been there, the two had as planned the bedroom and I the couch. Just was not as expected a sofa was, but an extendable L-shaped couch (see photo), whereby the short piece although always, however therefor only about 1.30 meters long was (so even for me with my 1.60 meters clearly too short.) and the longer piece as Dreisitzer with not removable pillows arranged.

The service is always friendly, all speak German, the one more the other less, you can we could easily communicate.There is a main restaurant and a open coffee, the food, as well as availability is very good, the food is tasty, for my taste is the vegetables often too soft, but otherwise you can on the food. In the drink prices this is different. I don't drink like a small glass of wine 0.1 liter costs 15 zloty sin 4 euros with 1/4 liter of wine exchange rate hotel costs 10 euros this is however the exception. The food was … read more

Each service, no matter, whether in the hotel in the lobby or the room was friendly, Quick and just great!The buffet in the morning as in the evening was more than satisfactory, so much choice that you feel bad because after every meal you always want to try everything!I have never slept so good, comfortable beds, every day new Laundry, everything was great and they gave us very modern furnished!There are in this hotel as building, to rooms, restaurant, entertainment for the children, sauna, pool but also nothing to complain about!
