We were as' familiengruppe' for 3 nights in the Hotel Emma guest and the first impression of the lobby was great, the pictures promised definitely not too much. Also the food was fantastic, one noticed, that the chef his job with a lot of attention to detail exercises. The whole hotel makes a very new, stylish and clean impression. We are very much in South Tyrol on the way, again and again in other hotels. The Hotel Emma convinced especially because the extremely tasty food! The new wing of the hotel is very modern, but the are lots of hotels. What the Hotel Emma from other really apart is the very friendly, competent service in the restaurant/bar and the food of excellent quality!
The rooms in the older part of the hotel are run-down, with carpet, but clean. The sauna area is evenings always attracting a lot of visitors and therefore a bit small.

We of the until the departure felt very much at ease and there were all, from the chef to the bellmen very accommodating and always in a good mood! This us a very nice atmosphere gives you. Our heat problem on the first evening with high pressure gearabeitet in order to remedy the situation. The spa treatments were also very recommendable and the kitchen wonderful.
