Arrival was quick. First we had the wrong apartments get, move but without any problem. That was all with 'smooth and fast'!
Our real apartment: dust flew by the lamps down, when we turned on had. On the sofa, crumbs from the previous tenant, very visible. At the chairs and sofa indefinable stains.
Baby crib was ready. Instead of a mattress there was in the crib a together located einziehdecke. When my husband this apart had taken, we were first shocked and disgusted. We had only with the front desk to do, since apartment. There were all of the staff very friendly.
( not too friendly, otherwise manipulationsverdacht, above the standard warning!)nullOur apartment was clean and tidy. Some kitchen utensils however slightly broken, or on arrival still a bit dirty. Control before the arrival new guests would be necessary.

We have a apartment in the second house, it was nice, clean and tidy! It is all so far available what you need! The staff, whether at reception or in the restaurant is very friendly and helpful, breakfast and dinner is very delicious and a wide choice available!
Unfortunately we could in our apartment the closets didn't use it, since these were full with blankets and pillows, the should be changed! And the descriptions of the tour operators should the hotel with specify, that the tourist in the apartments some utensils in the daily Life are necessary (as for example Detergent, … read more

Great accommodation.
The apartment house is about 300 meters away from the Hotel Panorama. Breakfast is served. In the hotel itself happens nothing but it can all attractions of the animation or possibilities for recreation in the main building be used. The connections with bus, Bahn is ideal respectively to the ski lift and toboggan run also very good. We were without a car arrived. A few meters beside beside apartment house begins the place Oberhof with all its great leisure facilities including: glass blowing factory, candles reaching mach... cleaning of the rooms during the stay is in apartments unfortunately not. It was for us but not the problem. However a dish cloth, rinsing cloth and detergent should the standard equipment belong. Unfortunately that is not the case and we had to the local SCHLECKER drugstore, as not enough toilet paper filled will.
the staff are constant in the stress. For the food you can be glad, if one its ordered drinks to eat and even when here and there times a plate is cleared. Here we do the staff no reproach, more than work you just can't. too … read more
