As family vacation the hotel is elenite very good, four hotels belong in addition. All hotel the sternzahl 4a 4.5, the hotel royal bay. Unfortunately is royal bay in comparison to the other not good enough in the: service, equipment, furniture and staff at the reception. The rooms are wiped only superficial, the walls and corners are stained and dirty. The beds for children impossible, the were actually no beds, but two armchair with sleeping, the for sleeping not at all suitable are, you feet higher than head. Since we the only German guests in this hotel were you felt not comfortable. TUI told us the not Why has? The hotel is located in a very nice area and has lots of activities to offer. The hotel is directly on the beach and is located on the beautiful sea. The beach is not always completely cleanly however actually correct. The food in the hotel is unfortunately not well cooked internationally however.
