Beach and sea were super! Good food. Fees for safe outrageous!
To theft several items/valuables from our room, was the recuperation then. As we the hotel management heard, some weeks ago a key from the hotel stolen, which access to all rooms made possible. Since valuables not included in the safe (fit by the size not purely), no replacement.

In short is: two things the/ in a hotel not want to hear:
1 we are overbooked, we let a taxi pick-up and next day there room relate.
( we had the hotel Borneo and should stay in a completely different hotel in the town one night spend, is not for us, since we medicines with-the always chilly and not back and forth should be sent-is a problem with the flight and the prior!) after long back and forth we could for the whole 7 days in sumba check in - the lady at the reception had pity us.

The staff were unfortunately pretty understaffed, therefore sometimes hopelessly overburdened, in comparison to the last year even bad, they spoke no German.
The cleaning of the rooms was very tidy, there is nothing to moan about there.There was a large dining room and several outdoor areas where you the all-inclusive offer could use, a bar in the to 22:15 kinderbelustigung took place, we didn't use it.
The quality of the dishes was in comparison to the last year 2 classes worse, very much chicken, schweinefleisch and this year no rare evening with spanish dishes.Rooms are big enough, with lateral view of the … read more
