The rooms are renovated and functional, unfortunately, however the cleanliness, especially in the bathroom much to be desired.
Breakfast: dry white bread rolls... The breakfast coffee is very took some getting used to...
From the lunch and dinner we were very dissapointed, carelessly laid out almost raw meat... Cold side dishes! (the dinner and lunch always the same were)

Concept is for one family bath vacation took some getting used to. The lobby is old and uncomfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are new, well equipped and on the whole clean. Through the 'rain shower' in the rigipsdecke is installed, makes the ceiling in the shower a decaying impression. But that was on the water, then the water stains caused, no mold (design fault).
The restaurant is an uncomfortable, sober room in which so much as possible guests are accommodated. A table next to the other, chair at no chair by you feel caged. There is … read more

The staff at reception, the spoke German, is not extremely friendly. From time to time we were greeted, apart from that with the coming and going only wordlessly stares.
The waiters were friendly, served however not always the, what we had ordered.
Cleaning of the rooms ( see above)...The food was ok but not outstanding (see above).The rooms are modernly furnished. We had noisy floorplan, which in the room to find is, one of the smallest room. Decent, centrally located Hotel. Friendly staff. Always tried hard to please the guests. Breakfast buffet in order. Lunch and dinner very large selection and very good. Unfortunately when the weather is the German TV program was bad. Room and bathroom clean. … read more
