The staff were normally friendly and accommodating.
English and German was relative understandable spoken.
The room was cleaned well. Better also the cleaning crew the rooms from the optics not make.
We had always fresh towels and also the bed linen was fresh and clean. As already mentioned, to stay and breakfast reasonable!Unfortunately in our experience the selection of food and the taste of the food not really convinced us. You can tell it, that much savings. The staff that is, is super friendly and helpful. But unfortunately it is missing from the front to the rear of the staff, just cleaning staff!The food was quite okay, but also here was saved where you could for example there was butter only now and then.Dirty and worn out, bed sheets was only on request now changed! Just scary. Pooh!The hotel is in very bad condition. They will try, with very little staff ( what but very nice and helpful) the last euros out to get! They speak German fluently at the reception.
The staff are friendly.The hotel has 1 restaurant, which to breakfast and dinner buffet offers. To rush hours it could happen, that you line up must, in order to get a table.
The food is so quite everyday the same. Pork or put roasts, chicken and fish, vegetables, rice, fries frittes.
Drinks we found pricey (0.33 liter beer = 3,10 Euro)
Breakfast is standard (cheese, sausage, jams, kelloggs, boiled eggs, sometimes fried eggs, times scrambled egg, bacon and sausage). However we had from the third day no butter more, but only still margarine, you really could't eat. … read more

Very well situated - old town with sights and bars is within walking distance.
Beach is on the west coast, so often windy, but apart from that good. Many other beaches by bus, taxi, rental car very easy to reach.
To the hotel itself: the general area is attractive. Food is served as a buffet, however good selection and delicious. The hotel staff were all very pleasant. At the front desk these had in any case also good German language skills.

Unfriendly and nothing special accommodating. Complaints seem not to care... Is already paid everything!The food cannot be recommended, but there is enough other restaurants in the surroundings the very recommendable are.Dated and not acceptable... The air conditioning has rattled and it was not well cleaned. Even the glasses on the rooms had kalkränder and remains of lipstick.
