The staff at the hotel was extremely accommodating. Evenings was always a employee, the asked, whether we still additional towels/beach towels required.
Cleaning of the rooms pristine.
Complaints we had no.
Air conditioning worked perfectly.
Wi-fi also in the room - worked well.There is a big restaurant - you can also on the terrace sit, if you don't too loud is!
We had breakfast -was really everything! Indonesian food to croissants, jams, cheese, sushi, pancakes, freshly squeezed juice, etc. Also very tasty!

The santika was the first stadiums our Java/ Bali round trip and it was a successful start. The hotel power from the outside a good impression and if you in the lobby is, you feel welcome. The check in ran fast and without problem. The hotel is relatively big and thus, depending on the location of the room, the paths long but it didn't bother us, but it was our room on the second floor to the pool and relatively quiet. This hotel is located nearby the famous shopping street Maliboro. Shops and restaurants thus also.
the staff are for the well-being of the guests very hard-working-complaints were taken immediately and quickly sorted out!
