We were as a group for 10 days in this hotel. The directly at the beach is beneficial, a room direction sea or pool is very recommendable ( on the other side the train drove). The possibility, the food from 13:00 to 21:00 always drives, was convenient. There are however also hardly any variations between lunch and dinner. The rooms are really clean and spacious, well equipped ( tv and bidet are in every room)! Negative: the sewage channel next to the hotel causes depending on the wind direction odors. We were there end of September to the October inside the weather was great could baden at the beach also by the pool. The blond woman at the front desk very unfriendly apart from that all very nice and helpful. NA the food a little poorly somehow have no taste or no spices but edible. The hotel is in a general good condition. The majority the room has an ocean view, either frontal or lateral. Circa 20% the room are against the pub Railway and therefore much less nice the view was. All rooms have a nice balcony. Our room was really great from the view wise, as well as from the furnishing. The furniture was new. You will feel, that the hotel good in shot is kept. The hotel is a typical Spanish three star standard. Neither especially good, yet especially bad. The food remains negative from the framework. It is for three stars too tasteless, too few fresh And not enough choice. The huge advantage for Santa Susanna is the location behind the train directly at the Beach. BUT: the hotel lies next to a sort of sewerage. I am surprised, that it was nobody bothered us. When it rained, then more water in this sewage and it is not so bad. Location
This beach hotel is situated in a privileged location in a quiet area by the sea. The shops of Santa Susanna and Malgrat de Mar are close by and the establishment offers good connections by road. The local railway station is only 50 metres away and guests will find a number of bars, pubs and nightlife spots within around 500 metres of the hotel. Restaurants can be found around 1 km away in Malgrat.
Facilities
This modern hotel bases its service on the philosophy to offer its guests a pleasant atmosphere in which to enjoy the services and facilities and to ensure an unforgettable holiday. Fully air-conditioned, the beach establishment comprises a total of 238 guest rooms spread across 5 storeys. Guests are welcomed into a lobby with 24-hour reception, and on-site facilities include lift access, a games room, a TV lounge, a kids' club and dining options, such as a café, bar and restaurant. Internet access is provided for a fee, and guests arriving by car can leave their vehicles in the nearby car park.
Rooms
The guest rooms are fitted with an en suite bathroom with a shower/bath, and include amenities such as a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, a safe, air conditioning and central heating. Balconies are provided and some rooms have been adapted with disabled guests in mind.

The hotel is home to 2 swimming pools, including an outdoor pool and a children's swimming area.
