The man at the front desk gave a lot of effort to get to the first, our breakfast somewhere else that must be taken (500 meters footpath) still friendliness was available. The breakfast room was crowded in the 'wellness hotel' , so that we had ten people at a table, where six-eight people usually have. It was a constant rise and set. There was only one sort of bread rolls available. Further disturbed, other six degrees outside the despite heating didn't work and the water took three minutes to reach a correct temperature. We were greeted with the Sentences "there is nobody there, the hotel is actually closed" and "If you want to park in the courtyard, you have to the snow wegschaufeln". An elderly lady had us welcome, this was also very nice. Has ample effort by the room warmed up and breakfast in the morning. The rooms were despite heating, the only partially worked very cold. The breakfast room was very cold, breakfast with thick jacket is not fun. In the bathroom there were huge cobwebs on the ceiling by myself some litter. The blankets were too thin for the … read more

An elderly lady, in place to sort things out. We were confirmed a double room with an additional bed for our daughter, was reassigned. We should look in the waiters, whether as a folding bed is available. We refused and the Lady (it was really nice!) has placed us another room available for us. Our family had the two nights separately.

Basic, but clean Hotel, price/performance ratio very cheap, auctioned on eBay coupon, cost 90.00 €for seven nights including breakfast for two people! Cheaper it really not.
Room service was only twice a week, but for the price for us no problems, since the room was tidy and clean.
Environment, Alexander is situated in the heart of the Bavarian forest, beautiful. Good for walking and hiking.
