the staff are always friendly. Already in terms of the information you will receive a personal assistant from the jetty and by the hotel area led by electric. We were offered the tour in English or French. Part of the staff also had some knowledge of German. The room was daily thoroughly cleaned. Bath salts, cosmetics, etc. were daily refilled. Against evening chilled Bottled water and cookies served Mongo or Koko. On check out we were given on request a luggage scales. The villas are großzügigst equipped, specially the bath is an optical eye-catcher, but not necessarily user-friendly, as the entrance into the tub is rather difficult. Overall the resort is almost too spread out, we had the last bungalow at the end of the dock, without a buggy quite a long walk to the general area. Since we had cyclone, had to be delivered everything for 2 days. To positively mention that the StR. no single "No" was offered, everything was be granted.
