There were all really friendly. English they have to better learning.
Our room was a dream every day we had a an animal out of towels (a dog or a elephant or great schwänne )
We had to to the doctor and it was a perfect service from the hotel boss.
Our shower was not alright and on the next day it was addressed.There was a dining room was always very alright. Kitchen was diverse. (einheimich, italian. )Our room was perfect. We had a great room service.The hotel is a great hotel. Clean and very well maintained.

Rarely are we a hotel so well-served. The staff was friendly and attentive and always for us strove. Special requests were, if possible, always fulfilled.For our standards was the kitchen style european, we rather enjoy the well seasoned foods of the native. It is however understandable, that in a hotel with many european you will not be taken into consideration is.For three stars big room with good facilities, bathroom also correspondingly large.

The hotel is by considerable noise a construction site in 50 meters distance bother us. On the hotel area there is a structural work, but to time during the season not work, the general holiday feeling but that didn't disturb. The food was rather than bad, easily manageable and the taste also rather bad to evaluate, which from a variety of the guests has been confirmed, the comparison possibilities had. We were 6 german couples. A 100% satisfaction, as advertised, is wrong. The management was overburdened and realized only on our complaint the exchange completely worn-out chair pillows by the pool. For the 37 double room had altogether only 35 loungers, so missing at least 50%. The waiters was friendly but professional poorly trained. At the front desk could no information about transport to be obtained. They were only seller. The wi-fi- connection was in the hotel not given. Room and swimming pool were very clean. Hotel clean and well run. Currently construction noise due to construction of a new building in the courtyard. Repairs of the technical service take a very long time. Front desk was very good and helpful. Beach is only at the hotel cleaned, because the beach is public and the state belongs. … read more
