The location in the City Hall would be very good and central, but the hotel is in a really bad condition. The lobby is not a true four star hotel and the first impression is not the best. The doorman doesn't help if you have a suitcase arrives, yes he does not hold the door. Check-in and check-out is relatively slow. The hotel President is located in a central location Seouls, right next to the town hall. In about ten minutes walk from the hotel for example Gyeongbokgung, the largest historic palace of the city.
