The hotel was phenomenal. From the number of rooms it was not too big and not too small. Just perfect. Over the cleanliness one could not weight also. Of course, if you each small crack searches, one finds perhaps times a fluff all over them, but if you wanted to find something, finds also which. English: - A relative small but comfortable hotel. - Very friendly personnel at the reception. - Hotel hasn’t been renovated for a long time, apart from lobby, otherwise many scratches and other damages on the walls, shabby and dirty looking lifts from inside. - Very slow internet most of the time. - Air- conditioning was out in the entire hotel apart from bedrooms and this is by temperatures above 40°, very stuffy air. - Most of the guest are of a German and Russian nationality. Average age end of August/beginning of September 16-30, from the middle of September 25-50 years ... old. read hotel review

    English: - A big restaurant but not air-conditioned, hot food was served and eaten in the heat. The menu repeated itself often, most of the time it was Turkish food and not the international how we know it from the 4-5 stern hotels. Some food was of a strange consistency, e.g. ‘rubber ice’ you pull. - The food was served punctually three times a day, however, when somebody missed the breakfast he/she could not rely on the offered ‘late-sleeper breakfast’ with a limited food selection and even this will be put away by staff fast. - Dirty dishes were cleared away from tables always promptly. - Often missing tissues and salt on the table (salt grinders/boxes stayed empty) so that guests had to borrow them from a neighbor table or speak extra directly to personnel about it to be able to get it. - There are two bars one of which is located near the pool, but since it has only limited opening hours you have to cover a longer distance to the second bar to get drinks.

    English: - A big pool with enough sunbeds and a small separate pool with water slides is available. - A variety of courses is being offered (water aerobics, yoga, etc.) as well as massages. Different games are being organised, there was a ‚pool foam party‘ twice within the two weeks of our stay, stage performances of a medium quality every night. - Due to the constant loud music until late hours just outside the bedroom window we had to coop with sleepless nights keeping us then tired most of the day. This hotel is rather suitable for the real party enthusiasts. - Sometimes a ‘beach party’ also took place there, dancing in the dark and without any drinks being served/offered on the beach. The youth party enthusiasts had to carry their alcoholic drinks from the hotel bar to the beach, which were sadly given to them by the bar personnel in the glass and not plastic caps. In this case there is a big tragic possibility of broken glass on the beach to follow by cutting injuries to the people walking barefoot.

    English: - The hotel is located in about 2-2,5 hours travel away from the airport which can be reviewed as a long trip by some guests or as an opportunity to view the surroundings during the journey. - There are only 20 minutes until the next big city Alanya, reachable with shuttle bus service for a small charge, or otherwise with a taxi. - There are quit few small stores/bazar next to the hotel with friendly salesmen some of whom also live in Germany depending on a season and love telling their life stories. - The beach is in about 2 minutes walking distance away from the hotel, however only a small part of the sea beach belongs to Konakli hotel, therefore limited space availability and very limited number of uncomfortable/hard plastic chairs/beds all of which were constantly kept occupied already as from early morning till the late afternoon.

    English: - Friendly personnel that respond to guests complaints and try to meet customer satisfaction. However, with rather limited language skills. - The hotel and bedrooms were cleaned regularly and thoroughly.

    English: - We got a big room but had a chance to look at other rooms in the hotel and most of them were smaller, old smelling and uncomfortable. The disadvantage of the big room we stayed in that it was not possible to lock the balcony glass door due to the broken handle. A small TV was available in the room as well as kettle and tea. The funny paradox was the room had air-conditioning but we were given only a small thin bed cover for two people and it was cold to sleep like this at night, therefore we had to turn off the air-conditioning at some point and struggle in the air which would become warm and sticky again until the dawn. - Only one card will be given pro room/two people (2 cards for 4 people). As result people kept knocking at doors when two wanted to enter the room at different times since only one person could have the card.

We arrived in a very very dirty room in a bungalow outside the hotel; we immediately saw that the whole environment was not like the photos we saw. Everything was photoshopped. When we complained about the dirty room he threatend to throw us out of the hotel. He accused us of being drunk people after a trip of twelve hours!!!! very rude man! read hotel review

    fridge was broke (the only thing they made very fast) bathroom light was broke for five days! In the bath were hairs and nails from the guests before us. Black stains on the white sheets. And last but no least there were bloodstains on the floor!

    Almost no english speaking staff, not even at the reception! You have to pay the deposit for the towels and a extra 1euro for the washing machine when you want a clean one. Our bathroomlight was broke for 5 days! No cleaning we only got towels and water because we tipped the cleaning women every day to get what we wanted. One time in 10days the sheets were changed. Nice waiters and barpersonel but all so afraid from the manager.

    Everyday stomach hurt. 10 days the same food. When we wanted a cockail or a beer they give you little plastic cups often without ice. Afternoon snack is junkfood; frankfurter sausages, hamburgers lettuce and pizza all standing in the shadow still 35 degrees! Felt very sick afterwards! Midnight snack is even worse; liver from 2days old!!!

    The transfer to the hotel took 3 hours. When we arrived at the hotel we didn´t even knew it was ours nothing like on the pictures!!!! The shopowners are angry men when you don't buy something! The first night i was forced to tip a man because i bought cigarettes! The beach is illegal very dangerous; a lot of rocks and you have to take a rusty ladder on a pier to get into the sea, not for older people and children!

I like the concept of adult hotel and 24/7 alcohol service. Generallz food is OK, especially vegetables, but very poor meat selction. Great animation, different shows every day. If you ever come to this hotel, you will be never bored. Animation chief Chico excellent in everything. He can speak many languages. Great fun. read hotel review

We were transferred here from another hotel due to unforseen cırcumstance ın the prevıous one. Upon arrıval, the staff were very frıendly and polıte, especıally welcomıng. Everyday there ıs somethıng dıfferent to do by the pool wıth the anıtmatıon team. They are very frıendly and encouragıng to partıcıpate ın actıvıtıes and fun thıngs to do. The anımatıon chıef, Ciko ıs very fun and enjoys ınteractıng wıth all the guest, all day every day. Also, ın the evenıngs theres ıs a dıfferent show or type of entertaınment provıded by the anımatıon team. Overall, lovly polıte staff, frıendly atmosphere and amazıng food. ... We are here for 2 weeks and thıs ıs only our 2nd day and we already love ıt here ın Club Konaklı Hotel.     Club Konakli Hotel is a five star hotel, mainly favoured by families and couples. In the reception there is a 24-hour front desk. Check-in time starts at 2pm. Check-out time is at noon. For guests disposal is an internet cafe, that is free of charge, Wi-Fi internet access is available in public areas for free. Pets are not allowed on the premises.

    Hotel is located 500m from the city center of Alanya. Alanya is a seaside resort on the coastline of the Mediterranean Sea. Climate, historic monuments and attractions make Alanya a perfect tourist destination. Antalya International Airport is an hour away from the hotel. Accomodation Hotel has 223 rooms. There are five types of accommodations: standard rooms, standard triple rooms, rooms for disabled, family suites, and master family suites. All rooms are designed in a modern, and luxurious style, with balconies, separate bathrooms with bathtubs and toilettes, and a safe. In each room there is air-conditioning, satellite TV, phone, hairdryer and mini-bar.
