5 star and leading hotel of the world... PLEASE? 3 room changing, no heating, tiny room, partly tubes-TVs, incompetent staff, care by trainees, and and to end on a good note the Bill twice pay must! My experience in this hotel unfortunately negative continue indefinitely. one was always hard-working after complaining the problems (ice cold room, loud air ventilation etc.) to fix it, but in such an incompetent style, this hotel wasn't even a star deser … read more

First-class hotel with excellent service. Already the friendly welcome from the concierges was outstanding. The entire staff was in all areas always extremely polite and courteous, was but nevertheless pleasant unobtrusive. All wishes were immediately fulfilled. A hotel, in the perfect service is true. The rooms were well equipped, the bathroom extremely spacious. The little things as a welcome let children and erwachsenenherzen beat faster. Of the season is the hotel and the reception completely crowded, but the quantity of at least in the spa unnoticed. The masses are at the breakfast buffet not more controlled. 20 minutes of waiting or breakfast in the (musty) bar...
The quality of the breakfast was again a la kempinski: excellent choice, fresh juice and good bread, local specialties.
The rooms i feel for the price too small, old hotel evenly.
