The service was simply great!
Everybody was totally nice and took care of everything.
When we arrived, we got a room on the 1. floor.
The stairs for me was as handicapped difficult to go and so, i spoke Nancy, the always present yet guest manager of the hotel to, and asked, whether we a room on the ground floor could.
On the next day we could immediately in a great ground floor room directly at the pool move. Thank you again.
