I was as a single person a week in September the palmera-and positively surprised! The employees was very friendly! The room was newly renovated and very clean. The big advantage this hotel is it, the one about minutes in the active nightlife from Hersonissos is - however you hear in the hotel nothing!

For families without children really recommendable, bar the atmosphere was very good. 'spa ' possibility available, but certainly not a spa hotel.
Hotel tavern in front of the hotel right next to the sea invites to relaxing hours.
Very good, perfect location. For beach, shopping, bus transfer and promenade/ 'party'.
Staff posts absolutely friendly and helpful. Warm people.

Staff was very friendly, whereas you between warmth and bad friendliness different... Both were represented.
German nearly nobody spoken, but with English we arrived very easily.
Rooms were clean and were every day very properly cleaned.
Additional service there was not... Respectively you had to for every additional service ( air conditioning) extra pay.We had the half board and therefore we learned the cuisine in the hotel and are therefore not in the adjoining hotel's own restaurant gone. No recommendation, as rooms were quite shitty without climate system, not working tv, all the time smell of food because it was located right above the restaurant. The food itself was without taste and without much changes. At least the people at the hotel were very friendly. … read more
