After some time again in this hotel. Room standard on same good quality. Hotel restaurant is no more working, only breakfasts are served and bar is available. I was dissapointed with internet access - its free but extremely low and disconnecting from time to time. Advantage is the location of hotel - next to railway station and main bus stop. read hotel review

Usual simple rooms, sound-proofed, no fitness facility. Breakfast is good, but nothing special. Pros: location (just in the opposite of the railway station), bar and restaurant (affordable prices, nice layout). Cons: internet works from time to time, no fitness. read hotel review

Perfect location but very weak service

Fantastic location near the train station. Room were small and dark. Service were afwul - I am Diamond member in Best Western Rewards program, I came to the hotel at 12.00pm and they ask me to wait 2 hours to check in. I asked receptionist to use my best western travel card, but she rejected to do this. When I ask about reason she stop speak English immediately. Then I said ok, I will pay room in full. And she said that I can pay during check in. But during check out another receptionist said that it was not ... payment (I crearly remember that I asked not to do pre-auth, because I want to pay in advance full rate). Than I was double charged, and when I ask to cancel pre-authorisation, they also reject to do this! It's normal, but only when receptionist clearly describe to client that he is making pre-auth, not payment! Money were hold for 30 days and I should convert additional currency during my trip. But stuff in restaurant were nice and friendly, I should say that I like their service. read hotel review

Hotel next to central bus and railway stop

After approx. two years I visited this hotel again. Great location - next to central bus stop and railway station. Approx 20 mins walk to old part of the city. The choice of food for breakfast was a bit improved then before, appreciated. The wifi is free but very very slow. read hotel review

I have one brief night at this hotel. Late evening i'm from the airport arrived. The lady at the front desk took a very long time, for me to check. But that was more because of the slowness of their computer and not on the lady herself. Although the hotel recognizably was empty, i got despite diamond status of pv exactly the booked room type assigned, the i had booked. I would have certainly succeeded matters can, but wanted to my luck and the computer is not unnecessary challenge. The room was appealing in shape and size. The single bed ... was for an almost 2m large people like me almost too narrow and definitely too short. Although the temperatures for january mild were, i could leave the window open, since the rooms to a narrow street from the main train station, in the every noise extremely imperfect. The breakfast is served at a saturday only around half eight serves, what i for a business hotel in a european capital for very late think. But it was extremely rich cold and warm dishes. The rolls are fresh and crispy and the meat good. The check-out was very quick, there was only an issue. The computer i had the reservation told, the amount is immediately been transmitted. Now it was called, it would only be a guarantee defendendo, the amount was not debited have been. (a view on my kreditkartenrechnung has also confirmed.) read hotel review

Double bed consisted of 2 single beds, the at night again and again auseinanderschoben. Furnished this was' shoe box ' with 1 (!) Armchair. From the bathroom you fell right on the bed. The bathroom door had a glass pane, so that with each beach holiday the bed brightly lit was. I have never in a star hotel so a room occupied. read hotel review
