For skiers top. However should not beginner the hotel book, as the slopes to the lift
rather something for Beginners skiers is. Service and food is typical for the Czech Republic. Price-performance

The location (the hotel is located right on the slope) and a beautiful view are the only good things about this hotel. The food was just awful (meat and potatoes for dinner and supper), coffee at a separate price in the morning.
I would not say the hotel is suitable for children, because the only bar is a smoking one and has no ventilation. There is also a "game room", but there's nothing to do there, especially for kids. For adults there is table football and pool at extra price (pool is about 2.5 euro).

Not unfriendly, however rather cold and without smile (except for the cleaning lady). Please the next time less whispering (it may be, however, that someone in their own language understands -hi-hi...)breakfast - could be better ( little choice, daily the same).

The staff is friendly and made a lot of effort, despite the lack of foreign languages you communication didn't hard. The rooms were clean, the towels were also has worked great. We booked directly through the hotel's website. The boss wife Jarkova helpful with any questions we half a year via mail every question. The hotel has a restaurant and a bar. The offer of the half board was tasty and plentiful. For dinner were three choices available, each with a vegetarian option. Short and Sweet, very friendly staff despite a slight language barrier, all more than willing to help where they can. The chef and his worker responsible does not show -- can also like to give good German and meet the cooked. In the 14 days we get a new bedding and about 5 times a new towel ( a towel plenty to showers per person). The cleaning of the room was ok. the garbage was thrown away.
