We liked it in this hotel at almost nothing was missing. Even the purchase of a postage stamp and the planning a bus ride, all with helpful staff not a problem. The biggest weakness in this hotel were the food, the noise in our hotel room (street and until midnight music from the neighboring hotel ), as well as the moderate to poor child care. with previous four star hotels on the Canary Islands, we (all all inclusive ) booked, we were very satisfied. The daily cleaning of the rooms was thorough and to our satisfaction. Towels are changed daily. You handle complaints seriously and tried a quick settlement. We liked it in january 2013 really enjoyed.
Our first impression al we from the bus stayed: a coat of paint would the hotel good. In the hotel arrived was everything great and very clean. Our family room big and with a balcony. However were our neighbors very noisy and the children played repeatedly in the hallway.
