All staff were always friendly and helpful. German and English were almost understood. No complaints.The hotel already made on the first glance a very good impression. The guest structure was a colorful mix with people from all parts the world.The very nice offering a clear view breakfast room was well maintained, the offer on the first glance also very clear, however more than adequate. Particularly praiseworthy the changing cakes respectively cakes. Unfortunately had the bar evenings from 10:00 P. The building is in excellent condition, newly renovated since 2011 (according to hotel detail) the location the Palazzo dating back to the 15 century, directly on the Canal Grande with Vaparettostation on the doorstep is brilliant.
