When We started our US-West Coast trip, we stayed 3 nights at the Moda hotel in downtown Vancouver. The location is ideal for a sightseeing, about a 5 minute walk from the skyway Central Station. Sleeping you could only with the windows closed or have the air conditioner. The junction is very loud. Our room was tiny, apparently, there was also larger. This boutique hotel is situated in the entertainment district, near the Orpheum theatre, BC Place Stadium, and Robson Street.

Built in 1908, the air-conditioned establishment comprises 57 guest rooms and features a lobby, lift access, conference facilities and a laundry service.
