The hotel is in bad condition. There are pleasantly little rooms and was about 60% booked. In our time there were many local people there (including. A sports youth group). Is good, there weren't as in the neighboring hotel, a prominent russians there. Dutch, french and austrians were pleasant guests. All we were on the bad things agreed. read hotel review

    The staff tried hard and was always friendly. Tip does here its effect. Compliment to the 3-köpfige animation team. The room was cleaned thoroughly. We had no complaints. The staff was very sprachgewand and english or german was always understood. Unfortunately, there was at the pool or in the dining-hall no contact. Staff was only for the clearing undelegated. No service at the table. Drinks = self service.

    Unfortunately i can about the quality of the beach was good. Only tunisian and mostly lukewarm. Drinks as already said self-service. No pleasing ambience in the dining room. It was missing to me with the breakfast the show cooking with scrambled eggs or pancakes missing here completely! There was hard boiled eggs and what remained was to rolls to find. Always fresh Croissant the breakfast was good. Tip i had the 1st time not necessary, since there wasn't anything, what it would be worth.

    There is no outside promenade. To the center about 15 minutes unfortunately it was all dirty and with strong smell. Women alone should according to the hotel in the evening out. Vulgarity is announced (by 2 female guests confirmed). The beach is a joke. It must be on the road for a block be walked (no direct access, about 1 kilometer). On the beach were about 15 couches! A beach bar is in the form of a gerätehütte available. The beach is dirty and in a small corner. We have on the beach not since the not inviting. Shopping in the Jasmin center is ok, rest of the shops only rip-off and no good product. Airport enfida is more than 1 hour away.

    Unfortunately there were only beach chairs (partly defective) and umbrellas available free of charge. The cushions cost 2 td per day. Unfortunately no service at the pool. Here everything was self-service. An umbrella with ausbetoniertem tires than stand for some not to move. Pool boy was only for the siphon undelegated. Staff was only for clearing up there. No service. At the pool there were crap. But unfortunately after goodwill of the cook?! 2 days there was nothing. To our regret, no possibility to dance. The animation team gave itself all trouble.

    The rooms were not so big, but it was good enough for us, since we were only in the room to sleep and get ready anyway.

    From the airport to the hotel we have a good hour to get there. The hotel is very centrally located from monastir. There were many shopping possibilities. To the beach it was only 2 minutes walk away, you had to cross the street. There are also many excursions were offered in the hotel itself, as the guide. Price differentials are minimal.

The carpets in the hallways were very dirty and there were traces of vomit to The first room we were allocated had used bedding (hair on the pillow, schweißflecken on the sheets), sink with toothpaste and hair dirty and the toilet open (kot and stained bedspread which was only replaced after good visible). Within 4 hours, the staff they didn't manage to open, the room in order to bring. Around midnight we went on the search, an appropriate room to find: 2. and 3. rooms either not cleaned, or puke outside the door. The 4. rooms have we taken, although ... no shower possibility was available; as the duschhebel was broken. The next day the problem was fixed. The city monastir smells after fäkalien and is very much garbage. The beach does not look better; tons of glass, diapers, plastic, etc. Pool chairs everywhere. read hotel review

The condition and the cleanliness of the hotel corresponds to the country typical characteristics. Please not the 4 stars with german standard compare! In the time from may to end october the hotel offers all inclusive. Free wi-fi in the hotel lobby! Outside the holiday time is the average age of the guests from about 35 years.     The staff is extremely friendly, if you also friendly and above all respectful is. The majority of the staff spoke very good german.     To the own beach it was about 300 meters. The beach lies in a bay. This is defined by a supervision, free beach chairs and umbrellas. Cushions (mattresses) are available for a fee of about 1 €suburb available. Drinks (not cooled) in the form of bottles (water, Cola, Sprite and Fanta) are free for hotel guests. The transfer to the airport Enfidha (north of hamamet takes about 1 hour. Monastir has an airport, but it is currently not yet of Germany cruise terminals. The transfer only only about 15 minutes to the hotel! The distance to the nearest major city of sousse is approximately 25 kilometer. to reach either with the taxi cost about 7 €, by train from the nearby station of monastir (about 1,50 Euro) or with the bus. Shopping possible in either the medina or in the streets of monastir with small boutiques or small shopping centres. Trips to sousse, Port el Kantaoui, Tunis, Tozeur etc. Are available on the local travel agency. Night life (discos) were in the region of skanes. Restaurants are located at the beach promenade or on the harbor of monastir. The hotel is for those guests optimal, which is not only a pure beach holiday to enjoy want. The hotel is close to the city and therefore no pure beach! Change for those, the country and its people want to know and no fear in contact with the people who live there. A friendly ' aslema' or 'Salem' combined with a smile and the contact is made.

Give usually not much on reviews; some people have always something to complain about. Hotel has maximum 2, but never a 4 star. Rooms at annexe a disaster, partly also in the main building. Furniture dirty and worn, should be on the beach. Cleaning brought as nothing. Handling complaints sluggishly or no change. Food edible but monotonous. Wonder when reading the positive reviews, whether it may be a 2. hotel with the same name. Changed after 2 days a 3 star hotel (against surcharge!). Was so far always in 3 star hotels in Tunisia, these were always much better. read hotel review
