The staff were friendly, unfortunately but totally incompetent. We complained about the not functioning wi-fi, the lady at the reception told us, that everything would work and that the problem in our devices beach chairs would. That was of course not the case, like us then on the next day told to another ask, was the wifi just somehow 'broken'. The union hotel in brooklyn is perfect for a city trip to New York. In 30 minutes you are in downtown Manhattan and in the evening is out of the hustle and bustle of Big Apple. The hotel is located three minutes away from the u-bahn. Breakfast is served in the small restaurant directly on the way to the u-bahn. Perfect. New York is at night as well always awake.
