The president of the hotel was very nice. His wife but was from the start a rather stubborn and moody impression on me. In my opinion no positive property, if one is rented guests. The view from of the bungalow was wonderful. All in all it was my worst vacation in Kastelruth, because i was already very often. I forgot my very personal glasses case. Size of the apartment ok. View wonderful. More positive but there are not to report. Landlady very unfriendly, economisation. Who a nice holiday should not book here. Of cleanliness also the speech cannot be (see photos). Dirty towels and dirty dishes in the kitchen. Rarely so badly treated. Such a treatment i have stayed in my whole life yet did not experience. This vacation apartment should pet-friendly and family friendly be.
