Everyone is very friendly and helpful.Large choice at the breakfast, pleasant service, the coffee at the table and on needs.Small room, tv, suitable for Salzburg - picture of kaiser franz -Joseph on the wall ☺
Barrier free shower, hair dryer available.Cozy hotel in the middle in the goldgasse street in the old town. Rooms are small, but comfortably furnished. Bathroom adequate.
Everything was clean and in good condition.
Wi-fi free of charge available.
Breakfast really good - wide choice, also in cacao.

The hotel is in an old building, in the middle in the goldgasse street. For a city trip really recommendable. All sights easy to reach on foot. Also bars and restaurants. The atmosphere in the hotel is super and very personal. We felt very much at ease. From the main station Salzburg on foot about 15 minutes. … read more

Beautiful, well-maintained hotel services location ( and nevertheless quiet ).
Mrs K. at the front desk ( the good fairy of the hotel) is always friendly and helpful.
The breakfast buffet I rich and diverse set.
Hot drinks, such as coffee or cappuccino are brought to the table.
Reservation and check in was the best. Very good is the nearby city -garage reachable.

The small hotel with flair is located directly at the 'goldgasse street' (old town ) nearby the residence in a historic building. The functional rooms seem all individually furnished to be. We had a twin room with a cosy holzeckbank. There was also in the closet a safe, bathrobes, slippers and umbrellas. The front desk/inside and in the breakfast room were exceedingly friendly and chatty and also very helpful at the tour desk (also in english).
