Positive : new and very clean hotel, very pleasant and hard-working staff, room top, absolutely dreamlike reef with super access to the beach (without bathing shoe possible ), always vacant chairs at the beach(but from summer change, since the 2. one-half of the hotel in use.)
Negative : hotel has no comfort (of everything bald and sterile) reminded somehow of a station concourse, animation abysmal arrogant and in bad, food (very italostyle ) is definitely not 4*, but one found something. A very great hotel, newly built-everything was very well maintained, because a direct entrance to the sea were suitable - simply wonderful. The entertainment was in january still a bit behavior, as quite a few guests were there. There are three pool areas - very clean, very spacious and a heated. Not all bars open, but you got everywhere to drink.
The food is good, very good choice, all very hard. There was a lot of fresh and the dessert buffet drives everyone Waage in the mania.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. With english one gets ahead well and some are to learn german.
My room boy always good work done and from towels the greatest things prepared. Every day it was a large bottle of water to the room provided. In the hotel was a pharmacy and a doctor who until 22 o'clock be reached.I had only used the main restaurant. The restaurant itself was very well arranged and clean. Very nice hotel with a well-preserved reef. In comparison to sharm we this reef also actively protected by the mitarbeiterdes hotels. Service and cleanliness in the hotel can/must still be bettered for 4 stars to reach. Staff are however very friendly and hard-working. Therefore the hotel I can definitely recommendable. … read more

New hotel, directly at the beach, very nice reef. You have to say the complex is new, in other words-everything worked, everything sparkles, everything is clean. The staff are very friendly, with english one gets ahead, all are constantly committed that the guests were satisfied.
