Is a 3 star hotel. Big hotel, the only suitable for beach holiday is. Nothing for families with children. Small pool, you have the possibility if you get a beach chair, by the pool or on the sun terrace, to beach chairs. The rooms were okay, cleanliness also. The hotel was well situed, is very near of the beach. The rooms was well equipped., but a little small. And a renovation in some rooms soon must do.The breakfasf and dinner was good.     there is a huge variety to choose from ,so I believe you can always find something for yourself. I eat mostly fish and vegetables and I could always find something to my liking. The only thing I could improve is the selection of fresh fruit-there should be more of it

    The hotel is in the centre,close to a very long beach,it;s easy to get around on foot witout overexerting oneself.There is a bus stop ,right in front of the hotel with buses going to Palma and other places .If you want to go to Alcudia,you must take a bus from another bus stop-located next to the Miramar Hotel The only drawback is that -depending on where your room is located,it can be rather noisy very early in the morning-Spanish litter pick-up takes place around 3 am and is rather loud

    Food was good, you could always find something and like at mothers it is not, but as i said, there are worse hotels. Cleanliness was good, only annoying was the waiting in the morning with the coffee maker, there is definitely improving required.

For a 3 star hotel fully in order! The size of the room is quite satisfactory! I am not on holiday to me in the room to entrench! About the cleanliness is also nothing to complain about, the towels were changed when we wanted and the sand from the beach every day! The food is just not everyone thing but complain you can also not! The only thing i complain about is the noise level on the 2. floor! It was really very loud but no reason for me is the hotel not further recommendable! The staff is extremely friendly ... and very courteous. Absolutely unbeatable is the location of the hotel.     There are apparently two different room types. The room, on a tray pool chairs, right across the street and under the lift shaft, without any natural light! And then there is still the rooms outward facing. We have one of these schachtzimmer in a room with a sea view changed! The best decision of the whole trip! A huge terrace, a clean room and reasonably good obtained condition! The room is not really inviting you to stay a, we are times honest, you just to sleep and take a shower there! Therefore it has its requirements completely fulfilled! It was clean and had everything we needed. However, we had a refrigerator missed, for cool drinks. Perhaps we have simply to high standards ☹

    Service of the staff is always outstanding. Although sometimes something emphasis in the reference our complaints were. The cleaning staff was very tidy and accommodating, spoke however only broken english and no german. But this was never a problem, as the not functioned the reception as interpreters. ;-) As i said, the front desk staff was linguistically very safe and german, but also english, which made it no problems should be communicated. But tended to somewhat rude in handling our complaints. The restaurant and bar staff was friendly and open, but not the cleanliness is supported. Moreover, the 24 hour doctor service stressed. We are ultimately in the pleasure to taste, these to use. The treatment was pure rip-off, if you can formulate. The doctor has a half hour up to the arrival is needed, the normally in the hotel should be! The doctor spoke unlike the reception said no german and only broken english.     Can Picafort is literally right across the street from the airport, if you look at the topography at. Therefore one needed a bus transfer about 1 hour up to the hotel. But the location is on the sea unbeatably. Especially in the Nordeste Playa you have two minutes walk to the sea, which we loved. The fine, white sandy beach and the clean sea are a very definite plus for this hotel. In the area you find everything you need of clubs, lounges, restaurants on tabledance bars to specially german pubs! However, you should make sure the right time for its holiday in this location. We, as young people, had little like-minded, which is a healthy mix of parties and relaxation were looking for. I guess, that this place in the time of summer holidays much better attended.

    This advertised spa and wellnesshotel is probably a joke in this respect. A half moldy fitness room (the floor was vaulted, so wet it was there), a hot tub on the on the surface of a movie not identifizierbarem spores collected as well as in the indoor pool was right next to it. Black hair everywhere which were not of us were. The next day we got another room, which was from the location is a bit better but it was clean, it was also not. Hair next to the toilet were with the occupation of the room and also when leaving still. Mold everywhere, in the bathroom, on the curtain for the window, in the hallway.     The gym, well as we say, nothing to, but i am also not in the vacation around me there abzuquälen. We didn't use the pool, since the sea and the beach was much nicer. The unterhaltunsshows in the evening we didn't look at them, since one in the evening much nicer on the beach promenade, stroll or a delicious cocktail in one of the bars can.

    Well if you want to be full, this can create. The freshly prepared dishes in the evening and especially the fish you could good food. The rest as the ' rolls' in the morning were rather disappointing. For all inclusive this hotel is not suitable.     There was a gym which i not a closer look, therefore i can write for this nothing. Evening was during my 4 - day stay even a Elvis mimic guest the 'singing' has. The pool was in relation to the size of the hotel is very small, beach chairs and umbrellas as usual all already reserved early in the morning. The beach is extensive and there was always a spot around with its towel down at them. The sandy beach was up to cigarette butts clean.     The room was big enough, there was enough space for the clothes to store. The whole furniture was already very worn. The two beds were 190 times 90 centimeter the bed linen was very thin so you are on the mattress could see without the bed to, a more exact view i here however denied. SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX Each room has a safety deposit box, insured up to a maximum of 1.500 €. Which is located in the wardrobe. If you wish to rent it, please contact Reception.
