I was before a few years already once in business in this hotel. At this moment the staff were and also the quality of the dishes good. This year I was disappointed. For an overnight stay completely okay. Directly next to it there was an italian restaurant, a tapas bar and a cinema. * no safe in the room ( hotel offers only sammeltresor at the front desk)
* only (defective) heizlampe in the bathroom, therefore cold
* mold at the mini bar; augment tauwasserflecken on the carpet before
* front desk several times longer entirely vacant (all room key couches there...)
* hotel room in the hallway for breakfast complete and is in return not more closed...?
* the breakfast was the worst of the in the meantime about 15 intercityhotels … read more

Very friendly staff at the reception, in the restaurant and during the breaks.Larger restaurant, but somewhat separate tischbereiche. The chairs of the restaurant are in my opinion a bit too deep, the tabletops so a bit too high (average height). The restaurant was very clean. The buffet was diverse and rich. Set, meat vegetables and side dishes, as well as salads and desserts were available. Specific references to diabetische food are not noticeable to me. Hair from the previous person (in) black on white Fließe, the housekeeper actually crumb. Apart from that the room was ok.

The service at the reception is ok. This really positive assessment is, that a room exchange without further was possible. For breakfast whereas prevails general inactivity.I think the breakfast not really good. Everything was carelessly on freezing plates dahingeworfen. There was only light rolls, no salads, nothing special. The scrambled eggs were not genussfähig, since it is a yellow, hard bit wilmington. Merely the fruit salad has a little comforted.
