The staff is friendly but not overly helpful or courteous. As I said info because it was on questions, but also didn't easy. The bathroom was not quite as clean. There were still hair from the previous guests on the floor. I complained and after an extended period, I was offered a room change, or someone cleaning. The defect telephone was not fixed and it was not react. We only had breakfast and this was by far the worst during our entire trip. The toasts all the guests had to do it yourself.
