Staff is very friendly, foreign languages english and italian. Room cleaning okay. No complaints.
Childcare unknown.International offer in buffet form, focus mediterranean fare. Varied evening, finely prepared, frühstücksbüffel somewhat 'boring'.
Several bars (1 pool bar, 1 beach bar, 2 bars in the closer property. Everything was clean, for me a bit too high prices for Kenya (almost european standard).I stayed in a suite. Large bedroom with a king size bed, air conditioning (quiet), decor in my opinion a bit dark. Large living room with a sofa, tv, minibar, kettle, telephone, no safe in the room (reception). the staff were very friendly always hard-working the restaurant was found to be of the highest quality, English and Italian fluent spoken in the hotel with German you can get relatively bad
cleaning of the rooms was reliable and very hard-working for example Flowers in the room
Laundry room very quick and cheap doctor and child care not available, the management however also not!
