The area was beautifully located, looks at first glance appealing. Apartment size was in order, but the apartment was already clearly dated. It may still be hurt, but both the sheets, and the towels are in a ancient 'condition', that it was not formally is. Discolored and especially holey towels/bath-towels and bedding = that makes no fun. Unfortunately! As the location, the garden and the roof terrace was really good. Hotel staff is very friendly, but can't compensate for the shortcomings. Cleanliness was rather only average. As there is better in the Puerto del Carmen. Wi-fi is only in the ... lobby to be received, but it was free. Guest structure: english, spanish, all rather the group 'i chair all day at the pool', but everyone should have holiday, as he/she wants. read hotel review

    As already mentioned, the hotel staff was very friendly and personable. With english and a few words in spanish one comes through.

    The size was okay, condition ok. Mini crt tv from the 90's. No air conditioning. To coffee machine gave it at the reception desk on request. Cleanliness only average. The mattresses were ok, the seem reasonably new.

    One is to foot in 5 minutes to the promenade, there you will find everything, which one needs. To daily shopping :Dino's is 2 minutes walking distance. Parking is around the hotel no problem.

Value for money is okay! Location of the hotel very good! Although they were cleaned, but rather bad as right. Mattresses belong after long time use just replaced. For central europeans are the bed sheet just a disaster! In the bathroom and in bed a very hairy matter! My tip for all: ordered no breakfast or other food, unless you want the english mastfrühstück or the very unbalanced diet of the hotel enjoy. Around the corner there are numerous possibilities self-catering a few more meters a very good breakfast at the beach! It is worthwhile, per rental car across the ... island and in a fishing village to eat, before you on the english allongement mastfutter does. Nevertheless: clean pool, pleasant staff, compared to the rest of the city a very quiet spot! Short walk and you are right in the middle of the touristic fuss. read hotel review

The apartment complex Plaza Azul has gotten old. A complete overhaul of the apartments is urgently neccessary. The kitchen was very poor. There was a set of cutlery, no wine glasses and no coffee machine. In the living room there was a steel sheet-table as coffee table, in a garage not one more time as oil filter file served could have been. The cleaning services come at 09:00 until 09:30 o'clock. One is then not ready, come the cleaning crew first at 16:30 until 17:00 o'clock again, if you just take a shower or shower. Then ... however also all five minutes so that you're quick, because the ladies work to make want. We asked ourselves what between 10:00 a. m. and 4:00 p. m. with the reinigungkräften happened. The cleaning takes place nothing special thorough. The complex was not fully booked. Because of the raised location the apartment-facilitities are it partly extremely windy. Thats you should in any case set. By the pool it is sometimes during the day as in a disco. The apart from that friendly pool waiter had to especially loud music around. Furthermore he had apparently only a cd. Some popsongs we have up to 20'. Belongs. The staff at reception are very friendly and are willing to help.
