All the rooms are without airconditioning and come in the summer in the humid heat a sauna directly. Therefore one is forced, the balcony door always open. We had our room however to the street, to the hotel bar location is, every evening from 21 to o'clock - very loud (boxes/amplifier etc.) - live music take place. Furthermore, that the road the continuation of the beach promenade is, so there the whole night extremely busy. We had no high expectations, thus we booked a cheap hotel. In the hotel Sur we experienced however sleepless Nights, since it in our room incredibly hot and we the whole night long sweating. That the room a bit run down and not very clean was, on we could hinwegblicken. Simple and alone this heated nights were unbearable. At the front desk we could a fan rent, which however first of us had to be repaired, that he fully functional was... The hotel sets in our opinion great value at the bar and entertainment, the rooms are unfortunately somewhat neglected. … read more

Friendly staff, language skills good. Room was always clean and changing of towels every day. Price/performance ratio was good, otherwise not ambitious. Dishes??? Oh well you could always eat something. As said for that price you couldn't demand more, really!!!
But for people without a lot of money, super!!!Rooms clean, beds (mattresses) nothing for people with back problems, furniture and balcony okay. Showers and toilet ok, hotel not at all sound proof!! and loud. From arrival we never experienced bad service. The staff were always friendly and tried hard to fulfill all the guests requests. The room service was every day and also from our side of the things good. In comparison to so far experienced other 3 star and 4 star hotels in the whole Spanish country this was very good. The laundry was directly in the cellar. The dining hall was in the basement. So not much of the outside world could be seen there.
