Nice hotel to stay in Frankfurt with proximity to Main Rail Station and walking distance to city center and river bank. What we figured out last night of stay is that red light district is just a block or two away, so for someone that might be plus also. It's not a dangerous area if you are concerned about that. At reception very friendly. Room top clean. For breakfast very nice and attentive. Two internet-terminals (free of charge ) in the lobby.The breakfast buffet is included. Fresh products is promptly refilled. Very good and varied choice. Coffee is always refilled. Service very polite and nice.My single room was to the street out. Very small, but sufficient. Everything perfect renovated and modernly furnished. Flat -tv, fridge ( mini bar), air conditioning and desk. Also plenty of plug sockets for laptop and chargers available. All together a good, very centrally located City Hotel, within walking distance to the center and train station, with plenty of possibilities to the entertainment. the hotel lies from Frankfurt main station about 5 minutes footpath distant. The hotel lies direct at the Kaiserstraße, the environment is known ☺ The hotel was recently (2010) rebuilt, everything has been tastefully equipped. However the hotel seemed very cramped, there is only one elevator, in hochbetriebszeiten long. Until the fifth floor is by stairs already a few meters.
