We stayed in a two-bedroom, two-bath house with its own kitchen and all the conveniences of home. We enjoyed it very much. The contact with the owners was minimal as we had no complaints.The fresh rolls in the morning, and the wine and goodies that were in the house upon our arrival, certainly made our stay very comfortable. At the end of the day it's all about people, nothing was too much bother. We arrived too late for a personal welcome but the instructions were totally clear on how to get to the villa and how to do what was required. The wi-fi was all in place and we got our greeting in the morning, not too early, everything just worked!So here it has to be full marks to the arrival pack, lots of water, milk, tea and all those sort of things including a couple of bottles of wine. The furnishings in the Par 4 is very good ( air conditioning, Electrical, kitchen and bathroom) and leaves almost nothing to be desired. In the morning rolls and if really a problem is available, it is quickly resolved and within a few hours! The contact person on site spoke German and are by cell phone, SMS or mail quickly reachable.
Without a car ( we had one) is one however right truncation. There should be a shuttle bus-bus of the adjoining hotels after maspalomas give.
