Rather a let down, nice, only on the website!

Is not the standard of a 4-star hotel. For example several lamps in the apartment not working. The mistake despite requests at the front desk not fixed. The complex is altogether very old and clearly in need of renovation. The information on the website are furthermore sometimes not real conditions on location. The bathroom makes altogether a ailing impression. The stove has caused several times a short circuit. Breakfast is from the offer very limited and it seems furthermore a wasp nest nearby the Frühstücksareals to be, what certain constraints. The staff were friendly. However our complaint has itself none cared - our fridge didn't work, if you opened a terrible odor out.We had only breakfast. But I am still speechless when I think about it. It has at best the standard of two star hotels met. There were two folding table set up, where a less food on it. There was only one type of bread and a white baguette, the already cut into slices was, a sort of croissants, a sort of cheese, a sort of sausage - that was it. Since it was still pre season, also only very little staff was present. Check in problem-free, service in the restaurant ran was always very friendly. With check Out there was a small diversity of opinion, because one wanted to press us a room cleaning of 60€ on the eye. It turned out afterwards as misunderstanding, but I had the feeling that they wanted to try it simply times to remove from us still additional money. We had a super apartment with all which one in the vacation need. The kitchen was equipped with the most important one, one should however superior whether one not nevertheless or other from at home bring along (spices etc.) the prices on the island found I for still OK ONE. One should look stop where one in-turned. To the restaurant and service we cannot say we it to nothing there to have taken up. Location
This hotel lies close to the centre of Porto Cervo (about 1 km away). It is just 5 minutes from the sandy beach and the tourist centre of the town. The nearest city and Olbia airport are just 15 minutes drive away.
Facilities
Built in 2005, this beach hotel comprises a 2-floor main building as well as a 2-storey annexe block with a total of 120 rooms. Fully air-conditioned, facilities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a hairdresser's salon, a car park (for an additional fee) and a children's playground. Children aged between 4 and 12 years of age many take part in the kids' club activities.
Rooms
Each of the tastefully decorated rooms comes with an en suite bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, a kitchenette, a fridge and individually controllable air conditioning as standard.
