The waiters in the restaurant is friendly and attentive. We were always served immediately and the plates were usually faster way, than you could watch. The staff at reception is less friendly and helpful. They make exactly just what it must and even here one noticed the sluggish and feels rather than inconvienience.There is a bar with lounge area, a pool bar and the main restaurant. As operation were without exception auxiliary staff from the eastern european area the impression made, that you totally overwhelmed were.The main meals were served in the main restaurant restaurant. Unfortunately was the buffet very carelessly, that means decorations missing entirely. The quality of the dishes was average, sometimes even less. The best the breakfast was.The room was big enough. We had a very relaxing days with our children (3.5 and one and a half) spent. At the buffet we always found something delicious. The pool area is very nice and the beach enough for us. Even the most cocktails at the bar are also in the all inclusive thereby, which we were surprised. Only one negative, in the family room there was a kitchenette in it, but not a pan or a plate.     The hotel is situated in the Tragaki area, in the south-western part of Zakynthos Island. Tsilivi village, which is within 3 km of the hotel, is a famous tourist centre in Zakynthos and there are a lot of facilities like restaurants, bars, discos, cafés, shops, etc. to accommodate guests. The hotel is located directly on the beach and the bus station is around 150 m away. Zakynthos International Airport is situated approximately 12 km away.
  • Facilities
    The hotel's name means olive grove, and the hotel is based on a 41,000-square-metre farm full of olive trees. This Mediterranean setting is completed by the utmost beauty of the Ionian Sea, which visitors can actually see a few metres from the hotel's lobby. The plan of the spa resort, following strict ecological standards and with the utmost respect towards disabled people, separates the accommodation units into three buildings. Comprising a total of 174 rooms, the air-conditioned property offers 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, a cloakroom, lift access and a hairdressing salon. Younger guests are sure to appreciate the games room, TV lounge, children's playground and kids' club. The café, bar and restaurant provide food and drinks. Conference facilities, a car park and bicycle hire are also available. For additional fees guests may take advantage of the WLAN Internet access and room and laundry services.

    The hotel offers 6 room types and each one is a model of finesse and practicality. Guests may select the one that best fits their preferences and requirements with the corresponding facilities. All are en suite and equipped with a shower, bath, hairdryer, king-size bed, direct dial telephone and satellite/cable TV. A radio, Internet access, a safe, a minibar and a balcony or terrace also come as standard. The air conditioning and heating are individually regulated.

    The resort offers a full daytime entertainment programme and international-style evening entertainment. There are aerobic lessons, aqua fit sessionas, tennis, water polo, darts and a fully equipped gym offered. Guests may enjoy free use of the on-site Aqualand which comprises 4 water slides, the aqualand pool and a deck. There are a total of 4 outdoor swimming pools and 1 indoor (the latter for a fee), as well as a children's swimming area. The poolside snack bar provides refreshments. Sun loungers and parasols have been laid out on the sun terrace for use. For a fee guests may make use of the hot tub, sauna, steam room and massage and spa treatments. Diving and pool/snooker are available for additional fees. Basketball and volleyball are further leisure options. Entertainment programmes are arranged for adults and children. Sun loungers and parasols can be found on the sandy pebble beach.

    The guests may choose from the hotel's restaurants. Eleon Main Restaurant features indoor and outdoor dining, serving buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner.
