Absolute insolence We have quiet days at the Baltic Sea looking forward to it. But we have to constantly annoyed. Louder elevator, interested and kompetenzloser manager of the hotel, ruder restaurant manager, even was noisy and constantly orders, the either wrong or not at all were carried out. Very pleasant atmosphere, quiet and peaceful. In all areas of the hotel you can feel very well and were served by very friendly staff excellent and pampered. The hotel is ideal for relaxing. Everything is geared to the well-being of the guest. This starts with a warm and friendly welcome, all the documents were prepared, Einpark service and a cosy ambience in the lobby, is a great exterior view (seaside, despite new building) to tastefully furnished rooms with a view of the park and to the Baltic Sea. The staff was always friendly and courteous, but not intrusive! There was nothing to criticize. We had us with the reservation of the journey in the month wasted, the hotel has taken care of immediately and the transfer organised. Great service!
