As experienced ayurvedaurlauber and with different departments in Sri Lanka familiar, i spend my nun 5. ayurvedaaufenthalt in the anjayu villa in wadduwa. Only 65 kilometer from Colombo airport next to indian ocean is located the building, its walls with clay and stone panelling, in only about 80 minutes to a strenuous flight to reach. Who peace and seclusion for a relaxing beach vacation at the indian ocean searches, is in the right place here. There were only 5, soon 7, room, the clean and well equipped are. All have view of the sea. The access to the ocean is right next to the hotel. Despite surf is the sea far inside flat stand. There is all around no shops, no vendors and at the beach no trash. Less than three weeks, that i had spent, were exactly, as i dreamt had. I have here, far away from the tourism and noisy tourists a peaceful, informal atmosphere and nice, attentive hospitality and a classic ayurvedische treatment met. To the meal times (or between treatments) you can with other guests converse, must this but not. Everything is quiet and tranquil. The refueling this is it!

If you are tired and want to feel as newly born - go to Anjayu Villa. Great food, heart open atmosphere of all people and family approach of the owner and his wife. The seaview from the balcony, everything clean, and healthy food is excelent. The procedures are profesional and help you to feel in shape again. Joga classes 2 times a week and very calm and relaxing atmosphere with no presure or stress about timing. Great place to go and relax. Also the local inhabitants are very friendly. A great vacation in a paradise!
Nice small quiet new hotel right on the indian ocean with maximum 10 guests, competent ayurvedic treatment with medical examinations.
Very friendly staff and excellent mostly vegetarian cuisine, each meal freshly prepared.
A good choice, if times looking for peace and quiet.
