Hotel is in great location, just off Wenceslas Square. We had Marks apart, but were here "bundled". The Marks apart, which for example. HRS was offered (? ) does not exist (more? ). Very poor service. I found the reception rude and unfriendly, not helpful at all.no air-conditioning or ventilation. Shower is broken. Hot water is not available late at nite. Noisy at nite.
