Friendly and attentive. Roll call speech, fast, loose, friendly.
Merely for breakfast were no staff saw (was however also not erforfderlich )Breakfast supplied everything, what the heart is. Empty and much selection. ( there are only stars, since everything was good, but also not the highlight).Bathroom is very small, room however newly renovated ( see pictures), comfortable (2 ) beds ( despite booked single room). Top price-performance ratio and very friendly staff, one can confidently recommend! However one must admit the ' more center' is not possible! It was nevertheless quiet and you could also while having the windows open sleep, but it is the it in front of the hotel times louder. … read more

The city hotel Dortmund is at the end a big shopping street. Thus one has good shops in the immediate area. The main station is on foot reachable in approximately 15 minutes.
The hotel is from the outside well maintained and nicely painted. The reception was friendly, as well as competent.
The corridors are very dark. Do not emergency exit-describe are not partly lit, although legally required.
In the room it was very dated with a key. But one in the room rewarded: the rooms are very friendly and furnished nicely. As someone much trouble and many details thought. The … read more

The city hotel is on a side street the pedestrian zone Dortmund. Despite the central location the hotel was quiet and you didn't have any disturbance by noise. The main station is about ten minutes to foot far away and there are several underground stations nearby. Especially positive emphasis is the friendliness of the lady at the front desk, as well as all other staff. The check-in process was for this star category, really great. In the rooms there is a free wireless Internet access. The only negative I can mention only the much too small closet in my room. … read more
