The staff was very friendly and helpful! Due to the short stay, no information about the room cleaning, wäschetausch and so on to be made!The breakfast buffet is fully and sufficient! Unfortunately during our stay already 8:00 p. m. dinner service in the restaurant! Also, the access to the really cosy seat area (jägerstube o. s., etc.) locked! The food was tasty! Since the menu but all the facilities, the ' brockenwirt' include, is identical, we are on the 2. evening to the not far away, ' brockenstübchen' gone! Old, broken furniture, in the suite is a wet room built circa 2 meters², furniture in the restaurant broken and dusty,
SAD staff, carpet in the hallways has expired, simply terrible worn.

In August we had as a family the package ' above the clouds' booked. 6 adults and one child - it was a total success! Although we from different directions and even to very different times arrived, we were from the staff very pleasant and accommodating welcome. The 3-course menu on the 1. evening was delicious and tastefully. On the 2. evening' candlelight- dinner' the table was very nicely decorated and the menu again super tasty. The furnishing reminded of GDR -room; because of the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff is the however not a problem. Took some getting used to merely the extremely rustic style service in the restaurant. Despite this Abstriches the hotel can be recommended. … read more
